By now, I’m sure you have received messages from many of your business contacts regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. This situation is unprecedented and we are pulling together as a society to find ways to mitigate risk and slow the spread of the disease.
SNAP Premium Finance has put several measures in place to ensure the safety of our Associates while providing uninterrupted Legendary Customer service to our brokers and account holders.
• To support social distancing, we will begin Monday, March 16, 2020 to transition our locations to working remote. SNAP Premium Finance has made adjustments to our phone system to facilitate remote access. Please be patient as there may be differences in our abilities to be as responsive as you have come to rightfully expect with our legendary Customer service.
• As a reminder, our suite of e-solutions available facilitate the completion of payments without the need for face to face contact—meaning clients/brokers do not need a printer or scanner to submit payments to SNAP. Additionally, we do not require a physical void cheque, and advise clients/brokers to sign via computer/smart phone where applicable.
